In the last month of 2021, we’d like to thank each of you for helping us become one of the premier engineering and construction firms in the region. We couldn’t have done it without the support and amazing connections we have made in this community.  At Browne, we believe this is an important time of year for gratitude and giving. This year we want to one of the local nonprofits we work with and support and to encourage you to give back to your community this holiday season. Although there are many wonderful people and organizations out there our focus today is on the Boy Scouts of America Dan Beard Council serving over 20,000 youth and families in Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky.

Sure, scouting is about fun, but more importantly it’s about providing our community’s youth an opportunity for hands-on learning, leadership training, and practical skill development. Their work prepares kids for a lifetime of growth and achievement. As a construction and engineering firm, one of our favorite programs is their trade skills training. There are dozens of learning opportunities, but programs like their ‘Trade Skills Day’ mean the youth in our community can get a head start learning valuable skills that can become a life-long career and have opportunities to meet employees of local companies who are using those skills every day.

The program includes important skills like:

Welding
Electricity
Metal Work
Painting
Plumbing

Happy Holidays from the team at Browne Engineering and Construction Services.
